Fall is Here!!

Our neighborhood had it's End of Summer Fling (yes in November) - they had face painting, balloon animals, bouncy houses, train rides and a petting zoo.  Hannah had fun dancing to the music and she insisted on getting a scorpion on her face (that's our little tomboy)!  =)  She cracks me up with her dancing and how she doesn't have a care in the world when she does it - love that about her & I hope she continues to have that carefree way about her! =)

The weather has been awesome and we've been enjoying the 75-80 degree days.  I am growing a garden and it's neat watching things grow.  I have a black thumb and usually can't keep anything alive, so this is a big step for me!  I'm looking forward to trying our home-grown tomatoes, bell peppers, squash, zucchini and strawberries!

Hannah finally figured out how to pedal her bike like a big girl - she has been doing Flintstone style all this time since I'm sure it's easier.  Soon she'll be ready for her big girl bike!

Ryan & I got to enjoy a date night with some of our friends (thanks to Gaga & Papa for watching Hannah)!  We went to Fogo De Chao in Scottsdale which is a Brazilian-style restaurant (in other words all you can eat meat).  It was yummy & fun to get out with friends!

Ryan was in CA for work this week, but Hannah & I kept busy which helped the week go by fast.  My little chef & I made our own applesauce from scratch - it was super yummy!  I love doing these things with her - I look forward to learning how to cook yummy foods together!

Hannah & I went on a fire station tour with some friends from my moms group - it was very cool checking out the fire station and fire trucks!  We also got into the holiday mood by making Thanksgiving Turkey suncatchers - I am so excited for the holidays to get here!

We are watching a friend's guinea pig while they are on vacation and I think Hannah has fallen in love!  She calls him "Piggy Pig" and says "I love my Piggy Pig" - not sure how it will go when he goes back home. =/

Bailey & Jasper got their fall haircuts - Bubba sitting pretty for a treat!

August, September, October....Oh My!

Wow - once again time has flown away from me!  I can't believe how fast the past few months have gone.  Just to recap, Hannah turned 3 years old in September!  What a fabulous 3 years it's been with our sweet girl - she keeps us on our toes and makes us smile every day!  We had a fun Monsters birthday party for her & her closest little buddies - she had a great time!

Ryan traveled most of August & September for work - he was gone every week for 6 weeks (home on weekends thankfully).  It is tough, but he is really enjoying his new career and we are happy that he's found a great company to work for!  At the end of September we took a trip to Disneyland and had a fabulous few days of fun there!  Hannah loved the Haunted House & Pirates of the Caribbean rides the most - she is such a little daredevil and scared of nothing!  We can't wait till she's tall enough for the big rides - I know she'll be on her tip toes trying to get on. =)

October was full of some fun festivals, pumpkin patches & Halloween fun!  It's one of my favorite months in Arizona and we made some great memories.  Hannah was Cinderella for Halloween and she was a rockstar at the trick or treating this year!  Hannah & I participated in the Walk for Hope with a few great friends of mine - it was great to raise some money to help with putting an end to breast cancer!

Other than that, Hannah started her 2nd year of preschool and she goes a couple mornings a week.  She really enjoys it and it helps me get some of my work done since it's tough working from home with a 3 year old. =)  She has been continuing with her swim classes and has been doing awesome - can't wait to see what a little fish she will be next summer!  We also started a ballet & tap dance class a few weeks ago and it's too cute to watch her.

We are looking forward to the upcoming holidays - I will be better about posting for our family & friends that are far away!

Here's some pics from the last few months....

Happy 3rd birthday princess!
